Red Barn Bakes is my small-batch granola company, inspired by my love of traditional baking and real ingredients. Each batch begins with my sourdough starter, which ferments the oats, nuts, and seeds to develop deeper flavor before baking.

The mixture is then combined with warm spices and baked slowly until golden and crisp. After baking, fruit and other ingredients are folded in to finish each batch. Every bag is made by hand in my farmhouse kitchen in Mohrsville, with views of red barns in all directions. My small batches ensure that the granola arrives fresh, crunchy, and full of flavor.
